Anjeleen, our natural health practitioner has a special interest in helping couples achieve their fertility goals. Using the traditional healing system of Ayurveda, she will work out your "Vikruti" (imbalances in your health) to discern where there are blockages/deficiencies contributing to fertility issues. In Ayurveda there are 3 "doshas" or constitutions - vata, pitta and kapha. Imbalances in these doshas may affect reproductive health
There are many presenting symptoms which can affect fertility, such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, mineral deficiencies, stress, age, not ovulating properly, hormonal imbalances, excess clotting, irregular periods, iron deficiency, poor gut function, reduced egg quality and quantity and decreased sperm quality
Treatment includes diet and lifestyle changes, stress management and Ayurvedic herbs appropriate for your specific circumstances. Your first consultation will be for approximately an hour
